Webinar: AI in accounting – how AI agents are changing bookkeeping

Together with Supercount AI, we show you in this webinar how generative AI and specialized AI agents are fundamentally changing accounting. The focus is not on future scenarios but on what works in production today: from automated document posting and payment matching to AI-supported help with the financial close.

The principle behind it: the AI prepares, the human decides. Posting suggestions are created in seconds and come with a traceable rationale. This shifts the role of accounting from data entry to reviewing and interpreting financial data. At the same time, the skills shortage in finance has never been more noticeable – and this is exactly where AI-native software comes in.

Using concrete examples, you will learn what really matters with AI in finance: posting accuracy and quality assurance, integration into existing systems such as BMD, DATEV or RZL, and data sovereignty through models hosted in Europe that are not trained on company data. The requirements of the GDPR and the EU AI Act are also covered. We also discuss what the experience from more than 30 accounting firms in Austria and Germany means for finance departments in industrial companies.

The webinar is aimed at CFOs, heads of accounting and controlling, and finance and IT leaders who want to use AI in finance purposefully and in an audit-proof way.

This webinar is part of the IV task force on artificial intelligence, organized by ReqPOOL.
