Signoff – AI-based acceptance
ReqPOOL Signoff is ReqPOOL's agentic consulting platform for AI-supported acceptance of software against the specification. The platform supports the entire acceptance process end to end – from decomposing the specification into verifiable requirements through test case generation and agentic test execution to the revision-proof acceptance report. People remain accountable throughout: test cases and test runs are approved before execution, and the final acceptance is granted by the client.
How it works
Specification analysis
The specification (PDF, DOCX, text) is decomposed by the AI into atomic, verifiable requirements in Gherkin format – each with a unique ID and a verbatim reference to the source clause.
Test case generation
For every requirement the AI generates complete test cases including test data, edge and negative cases – automatically linked in a traceability matrix.
Agentic test execution
An AI agent tests the target system directly and collects evidence (screenshots, logs). Alternatively, the user works through a generated playbook; the AI evaluates the screen recording multimodally and maps the results to the test cases.
Assessment and acceptance report
An independent AI review model rates every test case (passed / failed / not verifiable). The result is a revision-proof acceptance report (PDF) with full traceability from specification clause to test result.
