An outstanding start to the young year

With our 7th new year cocktail, we festively opened 2025 last week. More than 100 decision-makers from various industries and areas gathered at Johannes Kepler University Linz to reflect on the past year and discuss future opportunities and possibilities for cooperation.

The greetings of the state of Upper Austria were conveyed by member of the state parliament Günther Lengauer, officially representing Governor Thomas Stelzer. As the highest representative of the city of Linz, managing deputy mayor Dietmar Prammer welcomed the guests at the JKU Teichwerk. Both unanimously highlighted the merits of the assembled key players for the state of Upper Austria and the city of Linz.

Special thanks go to Stefan Stallinger, member of the management board and CTO of EVN AG, for his inspiring keynote, in which he highlighted sustainable solutions and success factors for our economic region as well as the digital transformation – always characterized by foresight, humanity and reliability.
