The self-driving state & digital laws – ReqPOOL Executive spring cocktail 2026 in Graz

Last week we welcomed around 30 executives from business and public administration to our now 3rd ReqPOOL Executive spring cocktail in Graz.

At the centre was the question: what could a “self-driving state” look like in concrete terms? In his impulse talk, Philipp Seper-Ambros outlined a vision in which administrative services are largely automated and decisions are made on the basis of digitalized, machine-readable laws.

The focus was on the digital legal twin.

It combines:

• Transparency in decision-making
• Efficiency in administration
• and safeguarding the rule of law

and thereby opens up new potential for citizens, business and the public sector.

We sincerely thank city councillor Dr. Gerhard Hackenberger, who conveyed the greetings on behalf of Mayor Elke Kahr and emphasized the importance of responsible and sustainable AI use.
