Objective

The company wanted to be able to make an objective and traceable decision in selecting an HR tool. Especially for introducing a system in the further areas of HR management, organizational structure, employee self-service and possibly also recruiting and training management, ReqPOOL was to validate the formulated requirements, the vendors' offers and the project plan. The goal was to enable an objective and traceable decision on system and integrator.
