Objective
- The goal of the KIM project is to introduce a central communication and information management system in the driving operations of all public transport in Graz.
- Within this project, the current AS-IS processes are to be analysed in detail.
- Considering all optimization and digitalization potential, suitable TO-BE processes are to be derived and modelled.
Approach
- Definition of two AS-IS processes to be analysed in detail
- Survey of the AS-IS processes in workshops
- Analysis of the pain points and optimization potential
- Derivation of the results of the AS-IS analysis
- Survey of the TO-BE processes in workshops
- Modelling of the AS-IS and TO-BE processes and presentation of the pain points and optimization options
Result
- AS-IS and TO-BE processes modelled in BPMN
- Summary of the results as a Word document
- Management presentation with implementation scenarios and recommendations
