Objective

• ReqPOOL has been supporting the Austrian Health Insurance Fund in program management across various reorganization and digitalization programs for several years.
• In the role of external controlling, the dimensions cost, progress, goals, risks/issues and decisions of the program and its projects were captured, documented and monitored.
