- Understanding the AS-IS processes of the entire company (with ERP relevance) and options for harmonization
- Collecting the company-specific requirements for a system
- Defining the TO-BE system landscape incl. systems to be replaced and expert systems

- Holistic specification of the company-specific system requirements, derived from the workflows and challenges
