Support with a BI server implementation

Objective

The joint goal was to introduce a PowerBI server and provide PowerBI reports for all responsible employees, replacing manual analyses. In the long term, the PowerBI server and its reports replace the analyses of controlling, accounting and marketing.

Approach

• Analysis of the reports to be created based on existing analyses
• Draft of a solution concept and incorporation of change requests
• Technical implementation of the reports with Microsoft PowerBI
• Design and implementation of a permissions concept together with GRZ
• Presentation and acceptance of the created reports and training of the responsible employees in using and adapting reports

Result

• Successful setup and introduction of the PowerBI server and the most relevant reports
