S/4HANA tender

Objective

The current ERP core system SAP 6.0 is to be migrated to the new, state-of-the-art S/4HANA. In a preliminary project, Salzburg AG decided on a brownfield conversion approach, and the service provider for the upcoming transformation was now to be selected. ReqPOOL supported Salzburg AG in creating all tender-relevant documents as well as in project planning and executing the procurement process through to the selection of a suitable implementation partner. Throughout the project, ReqPOOL acted as a trusted expert, coordinating the project together with the client and supporting the decision-making.

• Document analysis of existing result documents from the preliminary project
• Support in creating the service specification for the S/4HANA migration
