Objective
Sparkasse Upper Austria aimed to optimize its treasury system landscape.
Approach
ReqPOOL's experts conducted a cross-departmental analysis of the existing applications through several workshops and expert interviews.
Result
The software systems and data flows were surveyed and evaluated, and a detailed system map was created on that basis. These technical and functional relationships were aligned with the client and formed the basis for defining measures for procuring future IT applications and restructuring IT processes.
Through the collaboration with ReqPOOL, both our applications and our internal processes were evaluated objectively and professionally.
