Selection of a digital adoption platform (DAP)

Objective

A digital adoption platform (DAP) is an application integrated into a system for training purposes, among others, guiding users through the application and processes along predefined routes. True to the motto “learning by doing”, a PoC was to show whether such a platform is also suitable for the DIA app and which vendor could be considered.

• Development of evaluation criteria in the form of an evaluation catalog
• Comparison of different vendors and accompaniment of product demos
• Recommendations for selecting a vendor
• Support in creating the training concept after integrating the DAP

• PoC for using a DAP in the DIA app
• Definition of the possible integration of the DAP into the learning architecture
• Development of the training activities in the DIA app
