Digital integrated order – from enquiry to order

Objective

The digital integrated order (DIA) covers an end-to-end, system-supported process comprising all roles, tasks and systems of an enquiry — from the initial assessment by a sales representative, the feasibility check, pricing and result simulation and quotation through to the handover of the specification to customer service. The goal of the project is to specify the requirements for this process and to implement it in a suitable system.
