Requirements survey & procurement of a denied party screening solution

Objective

This project was to specify and procure SAP-integrated system support for automated business verification, denied party screening and credit checks for business partners.

Approach

• Workshops for process modelling and for gathering functional and non-functional system requirements
• Creation and review of the scope document and the requirements catalog
• Creation of a shortlist of possible systems and implementation partners
• Execution of a tender incl. evaluation of the offers and derivation of recommendations
