Objective

The client's system landscape, grown over decades, shows a high degree of fragmentation due to strong growth including several acquisitions of competitors. To strengthen the integration and standardization of the systems, we were asked to analyse the introduction of a central data hub and to evaluate it from technical and economic perspectives.
