The ReqPOOL Requirements Manager is ReqPOOL's namesake tool: it leads from raw sources to the confirmed specification with AI coding intent. Workshop videos, protocols, documents and ideation results are condensed into structured, build-ready specification documents – and from them the machine-readable build order for AI agents is created. Own the Spec, not the Code: the specification becomes the permanent asset, the code a renewable artefact.

How it works

Collect raw sources

Workshop videos, meeting minutes, business concepts, AS-IS specifications from App2Spec and SLIP as well as ideation and scope documents from the Estimation Manager are loaded into the project.

Structure the specification

The AI extracts requirements, business rules, data objects, screens and interfaces and maps them to a consistent specification structure – with a reference to the source of every statement.

Assure quality and confirm

Requirements are checked against IREB and ISO 29148 criteria and improvements are suggested; business and consultants confirm the specification and set the baseline.

Create the AI coding intent

The confirmed specification yields the AI coding intent – the machine-readable build order with acceptance criteria from which reqCoder develops the software and Signoff derives the acceptance.
